Leave Wally's Babe Alone! 4

The doctor came in the room carrying paperwork. Wally stood up along with Flash his mom,dad,Green Arrow,Black Canary,and Superman. Magan, Conner,Jo'ann,and Red Tornado were on Mars and were trying to come back to Earth as fast as they could. Robin,Zatanna,and Rockelle were on there own mission in Russia and aren't able to make it. Kaldur was in Atlantis and there was no way of reaching him.

"Please sit," the doctor said.

"Is she okay?" Green Arrow asked.

"Um she's not unconscious  if that's what you mean Joker carved his name in her collar bone the nurses are treating it and luckily she won't have a scar but we couldn't help the ones on her arms those must've been there for quite some time but we predict that she will be alright if she's not well that's not a likely chance."

"Scars on her arms? Joker only cut into her collar bone," Wally said.

"Yes, they've been there for quite sometime but she says she didn't do them to herself," the doctor said.

All the heroes looked at eachother confusingly,but Wally finally broke the silence, "Can I see her?!"

"Of course and if you'd like to you may spend the night."

"No, I don't want my Wally to sleep at this place!" Mrs. West said when the doctor left.

"Mom! I'll be fine it won't be the first time I've slept in a hospital."

"He's right Mary let the boy live a little!" his father said.

Flash,Black Canary,Green Arrow, and Wally's parents left while Wally was telling the nurses that he was going to spend the night with Artemis,but they basically just wanted him to sign autographs and tell them about missions. When Wally got in the room he found Artemis in the bed sitting up crying. He rushed to her and climbed in the bed with her stroking her hair and husking her.

"Artemis what's wrong?! Are you in pain?! Do you need me to get a doctor?!"

"No, I was just looking at my arms!"

"Your arms?" Wally looked at her arms and they were cut they said things like: "Not loved, Pathetic Child, Bad little girl,Never to have a family!,and the most disturbing one was A Child Who is HATED!

"Who did this to you?! Joker?!"

"No!"

"Who Artemis tell me!" he was now shaking her.

"Wally don't you get it? I was tortured so bad that I was too afraid to tell anyone and I still am he might get me!"

"Who?!"
She didn't answer she had cried herself to sleep. Wally had to talk to the Justice League about this surely they would want to hear about it! Or will they already know? Or will they not care?
